Since ours is a very old boiler that is probably not spotted very often the engineer double checked his assessment with another engineer back at base, he was correct in his initial assessment but it was reassuring to see such thoroughness. The Engineer arrived within the time frame advised. The boiler service was carried out in a professional manner including the fitting of a new part and a filter clean. When the Engineer had finished the work area was left clean & tidy.
